- To keep your confirm reservation, we require a 100% deposit payable online.
- Check in 12:00 AM and Check out 11:00 AM
- Occupancy allowed : Maximum 3 people per room.
- Extra Person above 5 years is charged @ Rs 1000/- per person per night (inclusive of breakfast and all taxes.)
- Accommodate for drivers is NOT available in our Apnayt Villa.
- Travelers must carry their own Credit Card /Debit Card. We accept Master Card and Visa card only.
- Pick up is available from Airport / Railway Station and Bus Station with additional charges of Rs.500 per room.
- All rooms are strictly NON SMOKING zone.
- Use of ALCHOL is PROHIBITATED and Non-Vegetarian food is neither served nor allowed to be ordered from outside.
- We are running our home stay in a residential area. So maintain sober and family environment.
- We reserve the rights to cancel reservation where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. Or where it appears that the reservation resulted from by mistake or where there is an emergent condition.
